To Add a Nominal Account Memo

 

1.   From the Nominal Ledger window, select the nominal account you require and then click Record.

The Nominal Record window appears.

2.   Click the Memo tab.

The Memo information appears displaying an area for you to type any additional Nominal Account record information.

3.   Enter or edit text as you wish. The text will automatically wrap around onto the next line as you type. Use the DELETE key or BACKSPACE to remove any unwanted characters and use the SPACEBAR to insert extra space within your text. Use the ARROW KEYS to move around the text and press ENTER to start a new paragraph.

4.   To save your entries click Save, or to clear any data you entered and start again click Discard.

5.   To exit the nominal record and return to the main Nominal Ledger window, click Close.
